Best way to send feedback during testing

If you are using a TestFlight build, use the built-in Send Beta Feedback option in the TestFlight app. That is the preferred channel while the app is still in pre-release testing.

For app support or privacy questions, send a message here. Your email address is only needed if you want a reply.

What to include

• App version and build number
• Device model and iOS version
• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened
• Screenshots if the issue is visual

Examples of support requests

• Incorrect prayer or writings formatting
• Search not finding expected text
• Daily reading source jump issues
• Qiblih orientation or permission problems
• Bookmark sync not behaving as expected
